On our last night in our short stay in Bangkok, we felt like we haven’t explored the city view enough, that’s how we come up with the idea of going up to the highest building in Bangkok to observe the night view of the city.

The official site of Baiyoke Sky Hotel kindly offers us a brief information of the hotel:

The Baiyoke Sky Hotel, rising 88-storeys above Bangkok’s skyline, is Thailand’s tallest and Bangkok’s most scenic hotel. The hotel is strategically located in the largest fashion square of downtown Bangkok, surrounded by various shopping centers and entertainment attractions. While enjoying the spectacular view of the colorful city from the artistically built hotel or haggling around in the famous Pratunam area, there is also easy access to many shopping paradises…

The tickets for the observation point is extremely cheap – 250 Baht (approx 8.1 USD), including FREE alcoholic drinks at the Bar on 83th floor and a pass to the observation point on 84th floor.

I stole this pic from the website:

And considering the fact that the observation point on 84th floor is open-air, we then realized how great this deal is.

Busy night life and awesome skyline of the city:
